TOTAL BODY CONDITION

This workout will help tone, strengthen and reshape the body using body weight exercises.  Similar classes are BODY SHAPE & BODY TONING.

PILATES

This class focuses on core stability and strengthening exercises for the back and abdominals.  Highly qualified and experienced instructors will take you through controlled movements activating the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor to flatten the stomach, strengthen the back and improve posture and body awareness.
