Junior Members
Some larger residential clubs have a kids’ club where children from three months to 16 years can try out a range of activities from painting to gymnastics.
Ladies' Gym
Many clubs have ladies only gyms which offer all the latest, easy-to-use weight resistant and cardiovascular equipment. Our instructors are happy to give advice at all times.
Parking
To ensure access to the club is quick and easy, many Holmes Place clubs have free car parks for members, especially in busy locations where parking can be difficult.

Personal Training is for anyone who wants to reach their peak fitness level, improve their exercise and fitness knowledge or who finds it tough to motivate themselves. It’s also really helpful for anyone with a specific condition, illness or injury who wants to be sure they’re exercising safely, such as people with asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure or prolapsed discs, those recovering from surgery or pregnancy.

Step Aerobics
