Have you finished your first course of training? Did you enjoy it but now seem not to be progressing anymore?
After 6 – 8 weeks it’s good to review your training’s programme. To benefit from the principle of adaptation, you have to vary your workout using different methods and exercises. A new programme, designed by one of our Fitness Professionals, is the key to the success.
