TIMETABLES
A wide range of classes are available and run throughout the day, to suit all needs and standards. Below are some of the classes that the majority of our clubs have on offer: Aerobics, Step, Weights resistance, Circuit training, Boxercise, Yoga or Body Pump.
Here is a current timetable of all studio classes. Please note that some popular classes may require booking for entry. These classes will be marked on the timetable. Your club will have its own booking system, so it is advisable to check with reception to find out which system it operates.
