A: Most clubs divide the swimming pools into lanes during peak times, so that members who want to relax and swim at a leisurely pace can do so, while members who are using the pool as part of their training will not be held back. Please observe pool guidelines and signage, such as showering before entering the pool, wearing a swimming cap if you have long hair and no diving. All guidelines are to maximise your and other people's enjoyment of the facilities.

A: If you want to learn to swim, or simply want to improve your technique, most clubs will have a qualified swimming instructor available, although lessons are not included as part of your membership. Please contact reception for more details.
