Coaching at Holmes Place

As the first health club provider, we developed the effective “Holmes Place Coaching” so that our members are supported long-term and receive the necessary assistance for their success.

 

What is coaching?

Holmes Place Coaching offers you special, comprehensive and up-to-date individual support. Based on our many years of experience in cooperating with our members, we have developed a special support method with which we are able to approach your (training) motivation and (training) behaviour in a targeted way.

 

We concentrate entirely on you and your objectives. The aim of a coaching unit is to develop mental strategies and personal measures to improve condition, mood, or behaviour – and indeed, via the combination of modern analytical procedures, tangible setting of goals and constant motivation.
With the help of coaching you can break old behaviour patterns and replace them with new habits in order to achieve your personal goal.
 
In order to give our members the best support possible, we have integrated coaching firmly into our entire support system. Our many years of experience and further development have been put into a structure that we can use in a targeted say for the success of our members. Our members thereby learn to control their success personally and achieve their personal training objectives as quickly as possible.
