Fitness courses
The Holmes Place fitness courses are the optimum opportunity to improve your energy, strength, endurance and flexibility with a great deal of enjoyment. Our various courses keep you fit in all circumstances.
- Intensive training with and without small items of training equipment for strengthening, toning and stabilising the whole body.
- Via special strength, stretching and relaxation training for back and stomach, to improve the posture. To prevent back problems
- Cardiovascular training intended to burn fat. A simple piece of choreography is fun for everyone.
- The step is a height-adjustable platform. An excellent training for the cardiovascular system, coordination and for the leg and buttock muscles.
- Power, fun and dynamic. Challenging fitness training with elements from the martial arts.
Wellness courses
Relaxation, well being and the optimum association of mind and body are central to our wellness courses. Benefit from the entire range of courses to increase your physical, mental and emotional well being.
- A must for anyone who wants to feel well through healthy movement. In this holistic physical training, flowing movements, concentration on the centre of the body and breathing are brought into harmony.
- Conscious sequencing of classic yoga positions. Yoga trains strength, flexibility and mind and leads to mental calm and inner balance
Aqua courses
Aqua courses are particularly gentle on the joints. They make endurance training real fun!
- Swimming is healthy and keeps you fit With this course you can learn or improve your swimming techniques and enjoy almost weightless movement in the water.
- Particularly gentle on the joints; strengthening and endurance training for the entire body in the water.

For our small visitors there is a wide range of kids’ activities in some Holmes Place clubs.

Les Mills courses
Experience “BODYPUMP” in all Holmes Place Clubs, and strengthen your cardiovascular system, and benefit from building up your muscles and better flexibility. Our popular Les Mills courses are pre-choreographed, i.e. every 3 months there is a new programme, however, each hour is different. By learning the choreographies you quickly increase your performance. Other Les Mills courses can be selected from the course timetable.
- The original barbell programme for strengthening the entire body: the best weights exercises and the weights of your choice to lively music. Pump it up!
