BURN FAT, BUILD STRENGTH AND IMPROVE HEART HEALTH
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability at the same time.
It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
We have two groups with 10 places available - please reserve your place.
Time: 19:00-20:00 and 20:00-21:00
