SPINNING BY THE LAKE – SATURDAY, JUNE 28, 14:00-16:00

Weather permitting, we are welcoming you to a 2-hour spinning class with Ernst and Timea. Come ride with us. For this special class we are reserving very few spaces for non-members. A small treat will follow your marathon!

BABYITTINGCLUB IN JUNE & JULY

The babysitting club always takes place on the last Friday of the month for four hours. Enjoy a date night while your children have their own fun. For children aged 3 months to 2 years, the 4-hours cost CHF 80 and for children over 2 years CHF 60 – including dinner.

MYKONOS SUMMER PARTY – SATURDAY, JULY 5, STARTING 13:30

Dress in ALL WHITE and come to our Zumba extravaganza with no fewer than 4 of your favourite instructors to inspire you along for two-hours of fun in the sun (we hope, but if not then indoors). The dance fest will be followed by a Greek themed dance lesson by our very own part Greek instructor. Come have fun and bring your family with. The two summer parties are the only time during the year minors are allowed on the lawn. SUPs will be out for all to enjoy.

OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING – SATURDAY, JULY 12, 11:00-12:00

The infamous outside circuit course will take place again with Sabina, bring your friends! The class is open to a few non-members who must register on our website. Members please use the booking system.

SELF-DEFENSE COURSE – SATURDAY, JULY 19, 15:00-16:30

Weather permitting, we will hold a self-defense class outside. There are a few free spaces for non-members, so feel free to invite a guest. Guests must sign up below. Look forward to enjoying a small snack afterwards!

LAUGHTER YOGA – SATURDAY, JULY 26, 14:00-16:00

Laughter yoga attempts to utilise the positive effects of laughter on the body and mind to treat and prevent illness. Genuine, involuntary laughter is provoked by initially wilful smiling or laughing. This is because laughing and crying are the most powerful forms of expressing emotions. Both are innate patterns and both have proven effects on hormone release and the immune system.
