10-WEEK YOGA COURSE FOR KIDS - WEDNESDAYS, MAY 8TH - JULY 10TH, 14:00 - 15:00

Holmes Place is offering children's yoga for 4-7 year olds from Wednesday 8 May at 14:00-15:00. Devina from TinyZen is the ultimate yoga and mindfulness trainer for children. The journey of children's yoga allows little ones to playfully and mindfully immerse themselves in a world where they not only strengthen their physical flexibility, but also develop emotional balance and social skills.

On this Friday afternoon, your child has the opportunity to make a special gift for you for Mother's Day. The cost is CHF 30 per child including a snack.

BABYSITTING CLUB ON FRIDAY EVENING - MAY 31ST, 17:00-21:00

The babysitting club always takes place on the last Friday of the month for four hours. The cost for one child is CHF 60, which includes an evening meal for your child(ren).

MEN ONLY - MOBILITY BY HASAN - SUNDAY, JUNE 2ND, 12:30 - 13:30

Calling all gentlemen to studio (or outside if weather permitting). Training mobility as you age is crucial for maintaining your sexy lifesytle, independence, reducing the risk of injuries, and enhancing overall quality of life. Overall, prioritizing mobility training can contribute to a more active, vibrant, and independent lifestyle as you age.

SUP YOGA - THURSDAYS, JUNE 6TH - JULY 11TH, 18:15 - 19:30

A standup paddle yoga class combines the tranquility of yoga with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard on water. It's a unique and immersive experience that requires focus, balance, and connection with nature. Participants perform yoga poses while floating on calm waters, adding an extra element of mindfulness and adventure to their practice. Sign up for the 6-week course starting June 6th until July 11th (weather permitting)
