360° PILATES REFORMER SMALL GROUP TRAINING – STARTING MONDAY, MAY 12

From Monday May 12th, come and discover our brand-new Small Group Pilates Reformer classes. This is an opportunity to improve your posture, strengthen your deep muscles and increase your flexibility while reducing joint pain. Each session blends Reformer exercises with other Pilates equipment, ensuring a well-rounded, dynamic workout.

Please note that Reformers and equipment will be shared between participants, so you will experience a variety of exercises in each session. For a personalized approach to your training, this class will be limited to 4 participants.

SALÈVE HIKE – SUNDAY, MAY 25, 9:30-13:30

Join us for a hike up the Salève. Meet at the terminus of TPG line 8 at 09:30: Veyrier-Douane. We will climb the mountain and descend on foot for the bravest or by the famous Salève cable car for those who wish. Walking shoes are required and rain gear just in case. Registration is required!

CYCLING TOUR FOR EXPERIENCED CYCLISTS (ROAD BIKES ONLY) –

SUNDAY, MAY 18, 9:00-12:00

Marc and I will take you on a super challenging bike ride – 55km and 1100m of elevation! This ride is reserved for experienced cyclists with all the proper equipment. Meeting point at the terminus of TPG line 8 at 9am: Veyrier-Douane. Registration required!
