Boosting Your Immunity Naturally

In short, you can follow these 3 easy top tips suggested by Jennifer, mom of two toddlers and CEO of SaysLife:

  1. Start your morning shower warm, with your normal temperature. Then gradually turn it cold over the last minute and have it completely cold for the last 15 seconds. Build up to where you can do 45seconds of cold water at the very end. You will feel great! And ready to start the day (note to any post-partum moms, this technique really helps combat fatigue from late nights with babies).
  2. Find a buddy to go with you in the lake before you start getting ready for the day. Just 2 minutes is needed in the water to gain the benefits. 
  3. Buy a pre-cooked whole chicken at the grocery store if you don’t have time to bake it yourself. Save all the bones, you do not need to clean them! And throw them in a big pot with water, garlic, onions and other dry herbs you like, salt and pepper corns. Turn it up to boil and then reduce to a low simmer. Leave it and forget it overnight or all day. Strain it and set in the refrigerator to save. It should be a gelatin form after chilling in the fridge. Freeze separate portions for future use in soups or to drink alone. Enjoy!
