NO FOOD BEFORE TRAINING

When it comes to eating, the following rules should be observed.

We often focus on what we should eat before and after a workout. You should follow a few rules that say what you should not eat before training. Here are a few tips:

1.proteins: They are slow-digesting foods, so eating chicken, turkey, meat, fish, dairy products or eggs before training can cause a feeling of fullness during training. It is better to eat these products 2 hours before exercising.

2ndgrease: Fat is also digested very slowly, so the same applies to proteins, they can trigger the feeling of heaviness during training. Try to avoid: eating sauces with mayonnaise, cream or butter, peanuts or hazelnuts, and high-fat dairy products.

3rdDietary fiber: Eating foods that are high in fiber before working out can cause gas and bloating. So avoid: oat bran, whole grains, raw vegetables, etc.

4thHydration: Ingesting fluids before, during, and after exercise is very beneficial, but too much of it can also be detrimental. To avoid this, it is better to drink the liquid at least 20 minutes before the exercise to replenish the water that you lose during the first half hour of training.

5thTry Do not eat new foods before training: If you are planning to run a marathon, it is not recommended to experiment with new and unfamiliar foods, as this can lead to unpleasant surprises (allergic reactions, indigestion, etc.). Before an important sporting event, you should only eat foods that you are used to; if you want to try something new, do it during normal training, never the day before a race.

Plan your daily menu so that your diet includes all the important nutrients you need to maximize your performance. If you have any doubts about how to coordinate your work, training, and meals, contact one of our advisors. He/she will discuss various options with you and suggest various solutions for each part of the day.
