This is how you manage to keep your summer body

So the summer figure is preserved
When it's bright and warm outside, it's easy to lace up your running shoes. In gray rainy weather, things are different. Therefore, it is advisable to look for alternative sports that are independent of the weather. It is important to find a sport that you really enjoy - only then will you stay motivated.
Zumba, spinning, fitness boxing, HIIT, yoga, circuit training, Pilates: the list of possibilities is long. Just try some sports. And when you find one, set training dates. To increase motivation, you ,may want to ask a friend if he would like to take part?
You can also do multiple sports, like yoga on Mondays, fitness boxing on Wednesdays, and HIIT on Fridays—and if the weather is nice at the weekend, you can also run in the park. Regular training keeps you fit.
Very effective: strength training
The greater the muscle mass, the higher the basic calorie consumption. That's why strength training is a good way to keep in shape. It doesn't matter whether you train with equipment or with your own weight - the main thing is that you keep the ball running. Strength training tightens the body, defines the muscles, improves posture and increases performance. You’ll also benefit from the afterburn effect and will still be burning calories long after you've gone home.
If you are unsure which exercises are best for you, simply seek advice from a personal trainer.
Also think about relaxation
Do you sometimes tend to comfort or reward yourself with lots of sweets? As you already know, it is better to include regular relaxation exercises. Meditation, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, gentle yoga, tai chi or qi gong are good ways to calm our overactive minds. Try out what works best for you and treat yourself to a little break every day if possible. Five minutes is often enough! Going to the sauna regularly can also be helpful.
Keep an eye on the diet
When it's hot, the appetite is often not very big, but now that it's getting cooler, that's changing, many people are more hungry for hearty food. Make sure you always have plenty of seasonal vegetables on your plate. This provides vitamins and fiber that keep you full for longer. Warm porridge, is a good idea for breakfast. It will warm you up and keep you full until lunch. You should also avoid fast food at lunchtime. Because that only fills you up for a short time and you'll be hungry again a little later - and then often for something sweet. Complex carbohydrates, on the other hand, which are found in vegetables and whole grain products, for example, fill you up slowly and persistently, and you don’t get hungry in the afternoon.
Get out into the fresh air
Human metabolism slows down in autumn. The result: we get tired more quickly and our digestion slows down. It is then helpful to go out into the fresh air regularly. Even a brisk walk ensures that the metabolism accelerates. Quite apart from the good mood...
Dance more often
Grey skies and cool temperatures can sometimes get on your nerves. And that, in turn, increases cravings for high-calorie sweets. Dancing is healthier for your figure and good for your soul! Latino music is particularly effective, evoking memories of exotic beaches and endless summer nights. Dancing releases tension, muscles are strained and stress is quickly forgotten!
Try group classes like Zumba or Latin & Dance Moves at Holmes Place. It's so much more fun together and you don't even realize you're working hard, training your muscles and burning calories...
