Our Heroes

Holmes Place's message isn't just for our current and future club members. It all starts with the people we work with every day.

We recently completed a project within our own team, aiming to find real inspirational—and sometimes life-changing—stories from what happens behind the scenes in our company every day.

We asked our regions to nominate a person for whom Holmes Place has changed his or her life, in regards to weight loss, lifestyle change, attitude towards healthy living or simply our Live Well message. From those nominees we have chosen 5 stories to highlight our own Holmes Place Heroes.

“Dreams Do Come True”, the story of a young woman who follows and fulfills her goals step-by-step, taking inspiration and strength from the members in her fitness class

The inspirational story of a man who became a runner and a Personal Trainer after overcoming his struggle with weight and being unfit after high school.

Improving her strength and will during a weight loss program lead Susann to better understand her body, improve her posture, change her eating habits and to become a more confident woman.

Archie set out to change his life in 100 days through fitness, nutrition, healthy living to reach his goal.

"Inspiration is a give and take process for me...". An amazing inspirational story of a mother, a leader and a runner to prove that it is never too late to fullfill your dreams.
