OPEN WEEKEND | Holmes Place Lausanne | 22.11.-24.11.2019

We will be holding an open weekend between November 22nd and 24th. We want this weekend to be an opportunity for you to invite your friends and/or family members to come enjoy a training session at your club as well as discover the facilities and equipment. With the cold weather approaching, this would be the ideal time to remain indoors while staying active!

Gym

Running competition 2Km and 5Km. Come and compete on our brandnew treadmills in order to win Personal Training sessions. The schedule is as follows:

2km race: Saturday and Sunday, start at 10:00, 13:00 and 17:00

5km race: Saturday and Sunday, start at 10:30, 14:00 and 17:30

Bike Marathon: 09 :30 - 12 :30

SUNDAY

Meditation: 10:15 - 11:15

Qi Gong; 11:15 - 12 :15
