OPEN WEEKEND | Holmes Place Lausanne | 23.03-24.03.2019

Holmes Place Lausanne will be holding an open door weekend on the 23th and 24th of March. The weekend will hold a special class schedule, including intense small group classes:

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – STUDIO 3

09:30 - 10:00 Workshop: functional movement techniques

10:15 - 11:00 Functional training based on mobility

11:15 - 11:45 Workshop: functional movement techniques

12:00 - 12:45 Functional training based on mobility

The weekend is open to everyone who loves fitness, group classes, and healthy food!
