SPINNING PARTY | Holmes Place Zürich Crowne Plaza | 09.10.2019

Visit our club on 09.10.2019 from 19:00 am onwards for 90 minutes of Spinning. You will sweat, you will swear, but at the end, you leave the course with a big smile on your face and with the knowledge that you have done so much good for your health.

With the motivational instructions of the trainer, you stimulate different terrain - sometimes it's uphill, sometimes you take a sprint, always accompanied by the good mood music in the background. 450 calories and more are consumed per hour. Losing weight made easy!
