ANTIGRAVITY KIDS COURSE – 8 WEEKS (MAY 2 – JUNE 27)

SELF-DEFENSE COURSE – SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 15:00-16:30

Weather permitting, we will hold a self-defense class outside. There are a few free spaces for non-members, so feel free to invite a guest. Guests must sign up below. Look forward to enjoying a small snack afterwards!

CPR COURSE – SATURDAY, JUNE 14, 13:00-17:00

In the BLS-AED-SRC complete course, you will learn the most important life-saving measures for resuscitation and how to practise and apply them to adults and children in different situations. In a varied and playful way, you will practise first aid measures in the event of cardiac arrest (BLS = Basic Life Support) in adults and children as well as the use of the AED device (AED = Automated External Defibrillator) in realistically simulated scenes. The course lasts 4 hours total.

The course includes the following topics:

- Raising the alarm

- Personal safety

- Unconsciousness

- Cardiovascular disorders

- Most common clinical pictures (heart attack, stroke)

- Obstruction of the airways (choking emergency)

- Basics of resuscitation

- Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

- Lots of practice with case studies

KIDS CLUB IN JUNE

PICNIC BY THE LAKE – WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 15:00-17:00

Sign your little one now up to have a nice picnic on the lake. Our Kid's Club team will organize the small event to get the young ones out into some fresh air and flowers. The cost is CHF 30 per child – including a snack.

BABYSITTING CLUB – FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 17:00-21:00

The babysitting club always takes place on the last Friday of the month for four hours. Enjoy a date night while your children have their own fun. For children aged 3 months to 2 years, the 4-hours cost CHF 80 and for children over 2 years CHF 60 – including dinner.
