The City of Zurich is showing one of their 3D movies with the help of Virtual Reality during one of our Spinning Classes. Experience what it means to be on a bike on the streets of Zurich. We will combine this with a Spinning beginner course in order to show you how to use a Spinning bike as a training tool to prevent injuries.
