WORKSHOP AT LA CLINIQUE DE LA SOURCE | Holmes Place Lausanne | 09.11.2019

As part of our partnership with Clinique de la Source, we are happy to participate in their special session Les sucres cachés dans votre quotidian, i.e. the hidden sugars of everyday life.

The session will revolve around 4 workshops related to health, nutrition and exercise, led by specialized nurses, dietitians and our coach Adeline Rausis.

This is an open event and does not require any registration.

The agenda is the following :

- Workshop 1: Testing myself for diabetes

- Workshop 2: Understanding the food labels

- Workshop 3: Identifying the hidden sugars
