The new season is approaching and there is nothing better than to start it ZEN.

On September 28th, new specialized classes will be available. Join us with Jenifer for a class of meditation, TAI CHI and an introduction to Chinese medicine techniques. It doesn’t stop there; GREENUP will have a brunch prepared for each of you.

Program:

09h15-10h15 Meditation 

10h30-11h30 Tai Chi 

11h45-12h45 Chinese medicine techniques

Right after class, you only need to head to the restaurant to enjoy the brunch!

Classes are only by registration through the below link and spaces are very limited !
