You should think of your body's orientation and posture as something that you need to train constantly. The right posture influences just about everything you do: How you run, walk, sit, work and exercise.

To improve posture, there are certain areas of the body that you should focus on when working out. Building and strengthening your back muscles gives you an upright posture while standing and will also enable you to sit correctly. You'll also be less likely to get injured when lifting or carrying heavy weights.

The right workout for a healthy posture helps prevent the usual and widespread back pain, which is often caused by poor posture. Other consequences of back pain, which are seen as the most common types of pain in adults, include headaches. Some of the causes of back pain may be due to specific illnesses, but in many other cases you can prevent this yourself.

On an average day, we drive to work, take the bus and work at the desk for hours until we relax on the couch in the evening to rest after a long day at work. There is one common denominator: Sitting takes up the majority of our time — and has very negative effects on our health.

Research has shown that the damage caused by sitting at work for too long can already be seen as equivalent to the damage our bodies suffer from cigarettes. So if the statement “sitting is the new smoking” is really true, then now is the time to put a stop to the “sedentary lifestyle”!

The right workout and stretching exercises guarantee a healthy posture and can make a significant contribution to preventing back pain and promoting a healthier lifestyle. In addition, these components will have a positive impact on your appearance and on your relationship with other people.

The way you perform is improved with these simple exercises for healthy posture. Come back to these exercises again and again during the day so that these correction mechanisms are implemented automatically by the body.

Stand up and learn to understand what needs to be corrected accordingly. Let's get started!

Are the shoulders, back of the head and hips in line?

If you tend to lean backwards all the time, then you need to activate the core muscles, the oblique abdominal muscles and the lumbar iliac muscle. To do this, follow the following set of exercises:
