- 200 g ripe papayas
- 250 g cucumber
- 250 g oranges
- ice cubes

- 200 ml carrot juice
- 4 tablespoons low-fat curd (80 g)

Red Currant Iced Tea
- cold white tea
- 100 g red currants (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon cranberry syrup
- ice cubes
