3 recipes for refreshing cool drinks

Coconut-Banana Smoothie
- 1 small banana
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (1,5 % fat)
- ice cubes
Blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
Light Apple-Ginger Cooler
- 1 piece of ginger (approx. 12 g)
- 3 mint stalks
- 100 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
- 100 ml mineral water
- ice cubes
Squeeze out the ginger juice using a garlic press, and mix this with the remaining ingredients in a glass.
Apple-Pineapple-Juice
- 3 apples
- 250 g pineapple
- juice of 1 lime
Blend the ingredients with a hand blender, and dilute to taste with water.
