Never be bloated again thanks to a healthy diet

Do you often feel bloated or puffy? This can easily happen after a long day when fluid builds up between cells and makes the stomach swell. A very unpleasant matter - but what can we do about it and how can we change our diet to prevent this?
Almost everyone knows the condition of a bloated stomach, but you don't just have to accept it. There are measures to combat these symptoms and one of the most common causes of a bloated stomach is, of course, diet. If you would omit some foods that you eat every day or replace them with healthy food, bloating could be reduced or completely prevented.
Of course, we definitely don't want to miss out on tasty treats. That is why we have put together a list of healthy diet alternatives for you, which firstly taste delicious and secondly have no negative side effects.
carbohydrates:
Starchy carbohydrates, such as in white flour, white bread, cookies or cakes, are one of the worst offenders. When digested, they produce gases that accumulate in the large intestine. They also promote fluid retention, which can also lead to flatulence. Because of these two factors in combination, it is definitely better to replace these ingredients and switch to healthy alternatives (with fewer calories). These include: rice, especially brown rice, and dark flours.
salt:
Sodium is one of the biggest health threats and is responsible for fluid retention. The most dangerous thing about this special ingredient is that it is contained in dishes or dishes that don't necessarily taste as salty at first. Pretty much all processed foods are high in sodium and if you want to know more about them and catch a scare, take a closer look at food labels. If you prepare your own dishes, it is best to use fresh or dried herbs such as basil or rosemary (very easy on the stomach).
Hot spices could also irritate the stomach; a milder version of seasoning would be ideal here, such as: dried fruit, or simple, low-fat yogurt mixed with a little lemon juice for salad dressings. Yogurt is also perfect for nutrition to combat a bloated stomach thanks to its wonderful, active bacterial cultures, which promote digestion and prevent flatulence.
Carbonated drinks:
Carbon dioxide is trapped in the vesicles and these cause gases to form in the stomach. Carbonated lemonades, together with alcohol and coffee, are on the list of drinks with the highest acid content. The acid irritates the digestive tract and causes swelling. Treat your diet with herbal teas or flavored water — these are delicious and hydrating alternatives that not only refresh you but also keep you healthy.
To make flavoring water, simply add pieces of fruit or whole fruit of your choice (such as raspberries or blueberries) to a bottle and add aromas, fruits, and even spices — be creative! Bananas are the only exception, as this process does not work quite as flawlessly with this type of fruit. If you need something sweet, use stevia or agave.
And the simplest thing comes last: add water.
