Quick idea for lunch

In the morning, when you are in a hurry to go to work, you often skip breakfast. When you're working generally 9 - 5pm, you usually don't have time for lunch. The first meal you eat is in the afternoon or even after coming back from work. In this way, in a few years you'll be struggling with a variety of diseases, which are difficult to cure.

  • 2 handfuls of any green salad
  • 4 cocktail tomatoes
  • fresh juice from half a lemon
  • a few walnuts
  • olive oil
