Holmes Place Apprentice is a development program for the members of our team, in which a group of aspiring department heads gets a chance to win inspiring awards and perhaps also to build a career. Subsequent editions of the program last 10 months.

For the third year in a row, our development program offers in particular dedicated and talented members our teams from various regions have an opportunity for further development and promotion to senior manager at Holmes Place:

• The program includes 3-day training sessions every month in Berlin and Barcelona led by mentors from the project teams.
• Everyone is faced with tasks and challenges that force them to push themselves to their limits.
• The results of the tasks are presented at monthly meetings and then presented by the Holmes Place Board rated.
• In addition, participants in the program are awarded points or are withdrawn for the entire duration of the program.

The program lasts 10 months and there will only be one winner — Holmes Place Apprentice!

In the last three years, 40 people have signed up for the program. 16 people have completed the program and a further 16 are taking part in the current 3rd edition, which will end in April 2014.

The aim of the program is to provide participants with complete vision of a club manager Present Holmes Place in an interesting and challenging way so that the members of our teams who attend training courses can better serve our club members in the future. Participants in the program will also have the opportunity to meet senior managers who have already trained and discover the secrets of all areas of business related to fitness and wellness.

We focus on initial contact with customers, on our core values and people's enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle.

The first part of the 3rd edition of the program took place in Barcelona, where participants were faced with tasks related to a service of the highest quality within the entire process lake, from start to finish.
