Friends can give us good support But you could say that their health and fitness habits literally shape our butts. How can friends support or harm our health habits?
The desire to copy the people who are close to us means improving ties and acting as a social glue. By imitating eating habits We create positive, subconscious bonds with other people's companions who have shared the table with us for lunch or dinner. What people do is more important than what they think, and this may explain why obesity seems to be flourishing in some groups of friends.
An average person goes over about food 200 decisions a day. There are two pieces of a puzzle game to decide what and where to eat — because the big question is: with whom. Feeling sorry for your buddies or having lively conversations about delicious food may be good therapy, but it can lead to distracted eating. Attention paid to entertainment and not to food often results in overeating. Even those who eat together shape each other's eating styles. Typically, lower-eaters eat more when they chew in a group, while multi-eaters eat less when they go to the table with company. So if you want to lose weight, you'll find it easier to hang out with friends who eat healthily and work out.

Yourself to training Motivating can be difficult. Did you know that non-practitioners are more willing to exercise and participate in a sports program when accompanied by helpful friends? As a whole, social influence is positively associated with behavior, intentions, and attitudes during exercise. Social support strengthens training motivation, but social coercion or negative reinforcement is not helpful and will lead nowhere. Surrounded by positive-thinking buddies, you'll be moving in the right direction!
