This program proposes a functional workout and training inspired by combat sports and martial arts (Boxing, Karate, Taekwondo and MMA), developed around boxing bags, slam balls, and elastic bands. It harnesses and develops the potential of high intensity training, and improves mainly power, speed, coordination, and endurance.
