Yoga Flow

In this style of yoga, the Asanas (exercises), are combined usefully with each other via flowing segues. Breathing and movement merge as one. In contrast to other forms of yoga, there are no set sequences allowing various Asanas, to be combined with a refreshing, relaxing or balancing effect.
