This training plan can be flexibly adapted to your goals and fitness level — ideal for traveling.

Summer is here — and with vacation, the question often comes up: How do I stay active when training in the club is not possible?
Unless you're spending your vacation in a city with a Holmes Place club — then you can easily continue your usual workout.
But even if you're just planning a day trip to the beach, it's not always easy to find time for a workout in the studio.

If you make it to the club, it's worth the effort: The benefits you get there make the visit worthwhile.
Take a look at all the reasons why you shouldn't miss out on training in the club even in summer.

This training plan can be individually adjusted — depending on how fit you are and how intensively you want to train.
Increase the number of repetitions per exercise or repeat the entire set if you want to challenge yourself more.

Staying active and strong — even during the summer break — makes it easier for you to get back into your usual routine. At the same time, you can spend your free time meaningfully and together with friends or family.

A set consists of:

  • Lung jumps (lunge jumps) — 15 repetitions
  • Squat jumps (squat with jump) — 15 reps
  • Scissor Jump Planks (scissor movements in plank position) — 20 repetitions
  • Plank Twist Kicks — 20 reps
  • Pointer (reciprocal arm/leg lift in quadruped position) — 20 repetitions
  • Push-ups (push-ups) — 15 reps
  • Single-leg reverse plank bridge (backward plank with hip lift) — 20 repetitions

Repeat the sets according to your fitness level and desired training intensity.
